AUCTION REPORT
Our second property auction this month took place on Monday evening April 11th when we offered Hackells Green, Ashperton, Near Ledbury for sale. The property occupies a delightful rural location between Ledbury and Hereford set in approximately 3 acres together with a useful range of outbuildings. The property is in need of a comprehensive scheme of upgrading and improvement. Again there was considerable interest in the property and the sale room was full with potential interested parties and one telephone bidder who had been unable to attend the auction.
Bidding opened immediately at £500,000 and continued to rise very quickly culminating in two equally determined parties keen to acquire the property. Eventually the hammer fell at a sale price of £728,000.
