Colin specialises in residential sales, Valuation Reports, and development land and new build development sites. David Cox MNAEA MARLA, manages the Malvern Offices and specialises in Residential Sales and Lettings. David and Colin work together with Nick Goodwin. Nick completed a degree specialising to Property Agency at Cirencester, and has worked in Oxford, London and Sydney gaining experience in the property industry. Nick is currently studying for the APC with RICS to become a Chartered Surveyor.
