The Ledbury office is located at 3-7 New Street, its home for the last 37 years. This office is led by the firm’s principal, John Goodwin, who is a Chartered Surveyor, and has over 40 year’s experience in selling property in the area. The office has a further 16 members of staff, which include members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents.
Chris Maulkin is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has worked for the firm for over 30 years. Chris specialises in the sale of residential and commercial property, and auction sales.
Emma Bennion manages the residential lettings department at the Ledbury Office, and provides a dedicated professional service to our landlords and tenants.
Sean Powell has been with the firm for 10 years and has a wealth of experience and confidence to successfully sell residential property in the Ledbury area. Sean Is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Ledbury is a thriving country town with a population of approximately 10,000. The town has experienced rapid growth in recent years, which has been partly due to the excellent transport communications, including the M50 to the south of the town and the rail network which has direct links to London, Birmingham, Hereford, Oxford and Nottingham.
The town also benefits from being situated close to three of the main surrounding cities: Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester.
